Covenant House builds a bridge to hope for young people facing homelessness, including survivors of human trafficking and young families, through unconditional love, absolute respect, and relentless support. Our doors are open 24/7 in 4 counties across California, and our high-quality programs are designed to empower young people to rise and define a future for themselves. Our North Star is to end youth homelessness as we know it today.

Orange Sky Laundry

Orange Sky Laundry is the world's first free mobile laundry service for the homeless. A crazy idea in 2014 to put two washing machines and two dryers in a van and wash and dry clothes for free. Starting in the streets of Brisbane, Orange Sky has now grown to 14 services across Australia in Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney, Sunshine Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Newcastle, SE Melbourne, Wollongong and Hobart. Orange Sky Laundry now does over 5.8 tonnes of laundry every week. However most importantly, has over 1,100 hours of positive and genuine conversations every week.

Destination: Home

Destination: Home is a public-private partnership ending homelessness in SiliconValley. Through our collective impact model, we convene and collaborate withstakeholders across our community to address the root causes of homelessnessand drive true systemic change. We embrace a data-driven and human approach- advocating for policies, incubating new ideas and programs, and investing instrategies to connect more of our homeless neighbors to a stable home andprevent homelessness before it begins. Our work is grounded in a commitment toadvancing racial and socioeconomic justice - and working together, we can builda community where homelessness is rare, brief and non-recurring.
