LEAF Local Ecology and Agriculture Fremont Founded in 2009, LEAF brings people together to grow healthy, pesticide-free food and to learn about environmentally sustainable gardening and urban farming practices. Leaf manages three properties in the East Bay Area - a community garden, one where volunteers grow veggies for donation to a food bank and our newest, a one-acre site, soon to become a micro-farm in the heart of Fremont.
